How do I connect my apps to Openclaw?

Open the app, go to Settings > Connected Apps, and tap the + button. Choose from 100+ supported apps (Gmail, Slack, WhatsApp, Calendar, etc.) and follow the authorization prompts. Your credentials are encrypted end-to-end.

Is my data safe?

Absolutely. Openclaw uses end-to-end encryption for all data. Your connected app data is processed securely and stored on infrastructure you control. We never sell or share your data with third parties.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Openclaw Mobile > Cancel Subscription. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are processed through Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find your Openclaw purchase, and submit a refund request.

What's the difference between Pro and Max?

Pro ($49.99/mo) includes all core features, 100+ app integrations, 1000+ skills, and priority processing. Max ($99.99/mo) adds advanced automation, higher usage limits, early access to new skills, and dedicated support.

What are tokens and how do they work?

Tokens are used for AI processing tasks. Each subscription tier includes a monthly token allowance. If you need more, you can purchase additional token packages. Tokens don't expire and are used as you interact with the AI agent.

The AI agent made an error. What should I do?

You can undo most actions through the app's activity log. We recommend reviewing the AI's actions regularly, especially when first setting up automations. For persistent issues, contact our support team.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account in the app. This will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days. Make sure to cancel your subscription first.

Troubleshooting

The app isn't connecting to my email

Make sure you've granted Openclaw the required permissions. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the email account in Settings > Connected Apps. If the issue persists, check that your email provider hasn't blocked third-party access.

Tasks aren't running in the background

Go to iPhone Settings > Openclaw Mobile and ensure Background App Refresh is enabled. Also check that Low Power Mode is not active, as it can limit background activity.

I'm not receiving notifications

Check iPhone Settings > Notifications > Openclaw Mobile and ensure notifications are enabled. In the app, go to Settings > Notifications to configure which alerts you want to receive.
