Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Openclaw Mobile ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Openclaw Mobile ("we," "our," or "us").

2. Description of Service

Openclaw Mobile is an AI-powered personal agent application that connects to third-party services to automate tasks, manage communications, and enhance productivity on your behalf. The App operates as your personal assistant, executing tasks based on your instructions and preferences.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Account Registration

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

5.1 Subscription Plans

Openclaw Mobile offers subscription plans (Pro and Max) with different feature sets and usage limits. Details of current plans and pricing are available within the App.

5.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5.3 Token Packages

Token packages are consumable in-app purchases. Tokens are non-refundable once purchased and do not expire. Tokens cannot be transferred between accounts.

5.4 Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.

6. Third-Party Service Connections

The App allows you to connect third-party services (e.g., Gmail, Slack, WhatsApp, Calendar). By connecting these services, you:

  • Authorize Openclaw to access and act on your behalf within those services
  • Acknowledge that your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service
  • Accept responsibility for any actions taken by the AI agent on your connected accounts

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Send spam, phishing messages, or other unsolicited communications
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other individuals
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose

8. AI Agent Disclaimer

The AI agent operates based on your instructions and learned patterns. While we strive for accuracy and reliability:

  • The AI may occasionally make errors or take unintended actions
  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated actions
  • We recommend starting with supervised mode before enabling full automation
  • We are not liable for any consequences of actions taken by the AI agent on your behalf

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by Openclaw Mobile and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Openclaw Mobile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the App settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
